Pinion pitch circle = 100 mm
Pinion base circle = 93.969 mm
Pinion Addendum circle = 110 mm
Pinion Dedendum circle = 87.5 mm
Gear pitch circle = 200 mm
Gear Base circle dia = 187.9 mm
Addendum circle = 210 mm
Dedendum circle = 175.4 mm
Workflow in Autodesk fusion 360 :
Create sketch for pinion – pitch circle, base circle, addendum circle and dedendum circle Using base circle create an involute profile Angular location of involute profile with respect to vertical based on tooth width (circular pitch/2) Find the angle for one gap on pitch circle . Use that line to mirror the profile and join elements Create a solid with addendum circle Cut the solid with the profile for gap between tooth Pattern Repeat for Gear
